Under typical market conditions, the Villere Equity Fund dedicates at least 80% of its total capital—encompassing both net assets and any borrowed funds used for investment—to equity-related holdings. While its core focus is on acquiring common stock in a concentrated portfolio of approximately 20 to 30 enterprises, the fund also retains the flexibility to invest in preferred shares, rights, and warrants.
