The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small capitalization U.S. companies that the adviser believes have the potential for capital appreciation. Small capitalization companies are defined as those with market capitalizations of $2.5 billion or less at the time of purchase. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowing for investment purposes in common stocks of small capitalization companies.
