The company, which is advancing the Joyce Lake direct shipping iron ore project (DSO) in Newfoundland and Labrador, said that the amount consists of cash, bank deposits and marketable securities totaling $6.5 million, together with accounts receivables and other current assets of $5.6 million.

Century Global Commodities Corp (TSX:CNT), which controls some of the largest iron ore resources in Canada, said that its flagship Joyce Lake direct shipping iron ore (DSO) project in Newfoundland and Labrador, close to Schefferville, in Québec has achieved an environmental milestone. The Hong Kong-based company said the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) has communicated the outcome of a conformity review of the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Joyce Lake DSO project through a letter dated November 7, 2022.
