DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--America's Consortium for Electric Skyways (ACES) today announced plans to support Texas' air taxi operations under the White House's eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP) by expanding interoperable electric aviation charging infrastructure in the state across key locations like airports, FBOs and other points of interest. Launched by Archer, BETA and Macquarie Capital, ACES has set a goal to electrify up to 250 air taxi sites across America's largest airports and metro.

Archer Aviation and Joby Aviation are both making test flights across the U.S. in September. The companies are getting closer to achieving certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
