The News Wire

The News Wire is one page with two controls: a lane (which kind of news) and a scope (whose stocks). Every combination has its own URL, so any view can be bookmarked or shared.

The Lanes

• Dividends — the flagship lane and the default. Every dividend announcement is classified as it hits the wire — declarations, increases, decreases, special dividends, and suspensions — with the payout amount on each, and raises and cuts carrying the percentage change versus the prior dividend. Filter pills narrow the table to just raises, just cuts, specials, or suspensions.
• Headlines — a river of stock-news stories with source, preview, and a ticker chip linking back to the research page.
• Earnings — the latest reported results with beat-or-miss context, plus upcoming report dates. Free, and it mirrors what the stock pages show.
• Price Targets (Pro) — analyst price-target changes, with a Ratings toggle that switches to upgrades, downgrades, initiations, and reiterations.
• Filings (Pro) — SEC filings with a form filter: 8-Ks, annual and quarterly reports, proxies and stakes, and offerings.

On a free account the two Pro lanes still open — you see live rows blurred behind an unlock prompt, so you know exactly what is flowing before you decide to upgrade.

Scope It to Your Stocks

The tabs across the top switch the scope: All Markets, My Watchlist, or My Portfolio. Switching scope keeps your lane, so "dividend news for my portfolio" is two clicks. There is also a ticker filter in every lane's header that narrows the feed to a single stock or fund.

The Free Window vs the Pro Archive

On the free plan the Dividends lane shows the last 30 days of dividend actions — plenty to keep up with the market week to week. Pro removes the window: the lane reaches the full archive, and the ticker filter pulls a company's complete dividend-action history going back to 2022. Nothing is lost while you're on Free; the archive keeps accumulating either way.
