How This Page Is Built
We resolve every fund we cover to its issuer from the fund’s sponsor name, then roll each issuer up: its total assets under management in US dollars and fund count over every member, plus its largest funds and an asset-weighted day move from live, 15-minute-delayed prices. Issuers are ordered largest-first. Open any card for that issuer’s full, sortable fund list.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is an ETF issuer?
- An issuer (or sponsor) is the firm that creates and runs an ETF — Vanguard, BlackRock’s iShares, State Street’s SPDR, Schwab, and so on. The issuer sets the strategy, files the fund, and charges the expense ratio. This page groups every fund we cover under the issuer behind it.
- How is each issuer sized and ordered?
- We sum the assets under management of every US-listed fund the issuer runs (in US dollars, refreshed weekly) and order issuers largest-first. The handful of mega-issuers — Vanguard, iShares, SPDR — dwarf the rest, which is why they lead the grid and the heat map.
- How is an issuer’s day move calculated?
- It is the asset-weighted day change of the issuer’s largest funds, computed from live (15-minute delayed) prices against the prior close. It is a biggest-funds-led pulse of the issuer’s lineup, not an official index.
- Which issuer should I open?
- Pick by the names you know or by size — the cards are ordered largest-first. Opening a card lands on that issuer’s full fund list, ranked by assets with live prices, where you can compare expense ratios, yields, and strategy across the lineup.
