Blue Chip Value Fund Announces Ratio for Conversion into Westcore Blue Chip Fund

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As previously announced, on February 8, 2011, shareholders of the Blue Chip Value Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) approved a reorganization into the open-end Blue Chip Fund of Westcore Trust. The conversion of the Fund into the Westcore Blue Chip Fund is expected to be as of the opening of business on Monday, March 28, 2011. The Directors of Blue Chip Value Fund, Inc. have announced that the conversion ratio of the Fund stock into Westcore Blue Chip (WTMVX) is 0.344210925. This ratio will be used to calculate the Fund’s stockholders new shares of WTMVX. The conversion is expected to be a non-taxable exchange.
