The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial long-term capital appreciation. Generating income for investors is a less significant consideration. It primarily allocates its assets to small, rapidly expanding companies. A fundamental policy dictates that at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) must be invested in the common stocks of small-capitalization firms. Furthermore, the portfolio has the flexibility to commit up to 20% of its total assets, at the point of acquisition, to international equities originating from companies across developed, emerging, and frontier markets.
