This fund aims to achieve substantial long-term capital appreciation, primarily by strategically allocating its investments to common equities. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of its total assets will be directed towards the stocks of companies whose market values, at the time of acquisition, fall within the scope of businesses found in the Russell MidCap® Value Index. Furthermore, the fund has the option to commit some of its capital to shares of international companies that are traded on U.S. exchanges, including instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
