During the past week, in the wake of the Exchange conference, launches of new ETFs started to pick up again from their recent lull. A total of seven funds rolled out during the week, while several issuers announced or completed ETF closures.

The week ending in February 15 featured the Exchange conference in Miami, Florida, and launches were muted as a result. Only one new ETF made its debut during the week.

To use a holiday analogy, I have been checking lists and checking them twice to figure out which of next year's top disruptive investment themes are likely to be nice.

SoFi has launched its latest ETF, the SoFi Enhanced Yield ETF (NYSE Arca: THTA), on the New York Stock Exchange. THTA seeks to generate income by combining a strategy of holding short-duration U.S. Treasuries with a “credit spread” option strategy to generate enhanced yield.

Nvidia NVDA and Snowflake SNOW recently made a significant announcement during a fireside chat at the Snowflake Summit. The partnership between the two companies aims to enable Snowflake's extensive customer base, consisting of over 8,000 organizations, to develop their own generative AI assistants.

Wall Street has been upbeat in the first half of 2023. These ETF investing areas gained more than 40% in the first half of 2023.
