This fund is mandated to allocate at least 80% of its net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, to securities issued by U.S.-domiciled companies spanning all market capitalizations. These primary investments may take the form of common stocks, preferred stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and warrants.
