- What KPIs does SAP SE report?
- The KPIs tab tracks 1 operating metric and 5 segment figures that SAP SE (SAP) reports each quarter, including Cloud Revenue, Cloud and Software Revenue, Cloud ERP Suite Revenue, Services Revenue, Software Licenses Revenue and Americas Revenue, with history back to the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
- Where do SAP's KPIs come from?
- From SAP SE's own reporting: its quarterly earnings releases and investor documents, its 10-Q and 10-K reports and the financial data tagged in them. Each value is read from the document it links to. Before a metric is shown, its history is cross-checked against an independent dataset or, for a figure that dataset never carried, against SAP SE's own later filings, which print each quarter again; each new quarter passes consistency checks (its scale against earlier quarters and its sign) before it is shown. A segment figure read from the earnings release before the 10-Q or 10-K is filed is marked Provisional until that filing is read, and a figure the filing tags for the quarter then replaces it; a figure computed from reported parts (a fourth quarter as the year less the first nine months, or a gross profit as revenue less cost) is marked as computed, and when SAP SE restates a figure on a new basis, the tab shows where the new basis begins.
- Is the SAP KPIs tab free?
- The KPIs tab is part of Dividend Data Pro. Without Pro, the tab lists every metric it holds for SAP, so you can see what is there before you upgrade.
