Under typical market conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its net assets to equity securities of technology firms primarily traded in the United States. It also employs derivatives, predominantly futures and options contracts, which are linked to individual securities, other futures agreements, and broad stock indices. The portfolio may allocate a significant portion to technology companies characterized by small to medium market capitalizations. To gain exposure to non-U.S. technology enterprises, the fund has the flexibility to acquire American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Additionally, investments in U.S. government debt instruments are permissible.
