The fund's primary objective is to mirror, on a daily basis and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the investment performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index®. To achieve this, it employs a strategy of investing in the common equities of companies typically falling within the underlying index's market capitalization range, alongside utilizing derivative instruments. A minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any assets acquired through borrowing for investment, will be committed to securities of companies included in the underlying index, as well as derivatives and other financial instruments designed to reflect the index's performance. It is structured as a non-diversified fund.
