(Nasdaq: RR) (“Richtech Robotics” or “the Company”), a Nevada-based provider of AI-driven service robots, announces that its board of directors has approved a stock repurchase program to purchase up to $12 million of the Company's Class B common stock, pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, subject to terms and conditions of the plan and market conditions. The stock repurchase program does not obligate the Company to repurchase any specific number of shares and it may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time by the board of directors without prior notice.
