Caspian Sunrise plc is an upstream oil company, specializing in the exploration and production of crude oil across Central Asia. Its primary operational asset is the BNG Contract Area, a significant hydrocarbon block in western Kazakhstan's Mangistau Oblast, where the company holds a commanding 99% interest. This area encompasses approximately 1,561 square kilometers. The firm, originally known as Roxi Petroleum Plc, adopted its current name, Caspian Sunrise plc, in March 2017. Established in 2006, the company's corporate headquarters are situated in London, United Kingdom.
