These REITs are chosen for inclusion based on their fulfillment of particular business, financial, socially responsible investing (SRI), and environmentally friendly investment benchmarks, which are established by IdealRatings, Inc. Generally, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total assets to REITs that comply with the index's specific SRI and Green Screening qualifications, reflecting the criteria as updated during the index's latest review cycle. It is important to note that this fund maintains a concentrated portfolio rather than a broadly diversified one.
