The fund typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets to stocks issued by leading companies based outside the United States. A significant portion, specifically at least 65%, of these international equity holdings will be in small-capitalization firms, which are defined as companies with market values not exceeding $5 billion at the time of purchase.
