August 25, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report further significant near-surface drill result from its large-scale Cobrasco porphyry copper-molybdenum discovery in Chocó, Colombia. Hole CDH011, collared from the same drill pad as CDH006 - CDH010 ( refer 11 August 2026 News Release ) intersected continuous mineralization from 32m downhole, returning 206m @ 0.67% Cu within a broader interval of 400m @ 0.46% Cu. The higher-grade upper zone extends to 276m downhole, while moderate-grade Cu-Mo mineralization continues to approximately 592m downhole. Drilled steeply beneath Pad 3, CDH011 confirms the vertical continuity of mineralization within the central portion of the Cobrasco system.

August 11, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report additional outstanding drill results from its large-scale Cobrasco Porphyry Copper-Moly Discovery in Chocó, Colombia. Andina Copper is in the early stages of a systematic, wide-spaced scout drilling programme using substantial step-outs to delineate the lateral extent and limits of this exciting new discovery. Hole CDH010, collared from the same drill pad as CDH006 - CDH009 ( refer 24 June 2026 News Release ) and drilled to the WSW, intersected a strongly mineralized upper interval commencing at 36m and extending to 540m downhole. Moderate to lower grade mineralization continues at depth to approximately 820m downhole. The hole was terminated at a final depth of 844.65m.

July 8, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report diamond drill assay results from drillholes PIU12 and PIU13 at the newly generated and previously undrilled Piuquenes North target in San Juan, Argentina ( refer 28 May 2026 News Release ). Drilling was designed to test a large, discrete MT (magneto-telluric) geophysical target delineated in the Company's 2026 geophysical survey program. HIGHLIGHTS

May 28, 2026 – Vancouver, British Columbia. - Andina Copper Corp. is pleased to report that diamond drill holes PIU12 and PIU13, the first two holes designed to test the large, deep-seated low resistivity Magnetotelluric ("MT") geophysical anomaly at the Piuquenes Project North target (see News Release dated February 10, 2026 ), were completed to final depths of 992.60m and 1,235m, respectively. Both holes intersected multiple intrusive phases associated with porphyry-style copper sulphide mineralization within a newly identified intrusive complex at Piuquenes North. HIGHLIGHTS

May 13, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report continuing outstanding drill intercepts from the Cobrasco Project in Chocó, Colombia. Drillhole CDH008 was completed to a downhole depth of 652.25m, with results extending the Cobrasco Central Cu-Mo porphyry system to the north. Near-surface mineralization begins at approximately 52m downhole and is associated with multiple mineralized porphyry phases and related magmatic-hydrothermal breccias. Two additional drillholes have subsequently been completed from the same platform, including CDH009 (completed; assays pending) and CDH010 (in progress). Visual logging indicates sulphide mineralization consistent with the broader Cobrasco Central system in both holes.

April 21, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia. Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report an outstanding drill intercept from CDH007, the second hole completed from a new step-out drill pad at the Cobrasco Project in Chocó, Colombia. Following the high-grade Cu-Mo intersections reported in recent drillholes CDH003 to CDH005 ( refer March 24, 2026 News Release ), a new step-out drill pad was collared to test the continuity and extension of the Cobrasco Central mineralized system to the northwest. Drillhole CDH006 was drilled to the southwest along this new section line intersecting 232m @ 0.68% Cu, 75ppm Mo, 2 g/t Ag from 38m ( refer April 14, 2026 News Release ). Hole CDH007 was drilled from the same pad to the northeast, in a section line parallel to previous holes CDH001 and CDH004.

April 14, 2026 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia - Andina Copper Corporation (TSX-V: ANDC | FSE: FIR | OTCQB: PMMCF) is pleased to report another outstanding drill intercept from hole CDH006, the first hole from a new step-out drill pad at the Cobrasco Project in Chocó, Colombia. Following the high-grade Cu-Mo intersections reported in recent drillholes CDH003 to CDH005,
