The fund seeks worldwide investment opportunities in companies forming the bedrock of critical infrastructure, specifically those engaged in the energy, utilities, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of its total holdings will be allocated to income-generating equity securities of such infrastructure firms.
