Net income totaled $21.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to net income of $21.8 million and $19.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025, respectively. Diluted earnings per share was $1.09 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to $1.12 and $1.01 for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025, respectively. For the second quarter of 2025, excluding the impact from merger-related expenses, net of taxes, net income and diluted earnings per share were $20.2 million(1) and $1.04(1), respectively.
