Old Republic International NYSE: ORI reported third-quarter 2026 net operating income of $181 million, or $0.73 per share, compared with $197 million, or $0.78 per share, a year earlier. Consolidated pre-tax operating income was $227 million, down from $248 million, while the company's combined ratio rose to 96.1% from 95.3%.
