The fund's newly consolidated portfolio contains approximately $2 billion in investments—the largest among listed senior loan closed-end funds. Thro.

Nuveen Senior Income Fund is a leveraged loan CEF from the Nuveen family of funds. NSL's Board of Trustees has voted on the fund to be merged into its sister fund Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund.

NSL is a fixed income CEF focused on leveraged loans. The fund runs a very small duration profile (sub 1 year) but has a high leverage ratio of 39%.
