The fund's investment approach centers on identifying common stocks that the Investment Adviser perceives as underpriced. This assessment is made by evaluating the company's long-term potential for earnings, its intrinsic asset value, or its valuation compared to the broader stock market. A significant portion, at least 65% of the fund's total assets, will be allocated to equities and equity-linked instruments, such as convertible bonds and stock warrants. This can include higher-yielding, higher-risk corporate bonds that are either low-rated or unrated, often known as "junk bonds."
