Malaga Inc. is involved in the acquisition, exploration, development, and extraction of mineral resources throughout Peru. The company maintains full ownership of the Pasto Bueno tungsten mine, an operation situated in Northern Peru. This mine consists of 33 concessions that collectively cover roughly 690 hectares. Established in 1983, the firm was previously known as Dynacor Mines Inc. before formally changing its name to Malaga Inc. in May 2007. Its primary corporate offices are located in Montreal, Canada. It should also be noted that as of June 6, 2013, Malaga Inc. was undergoing a reorganization process.
