Under ordinary market conditions, the fund aims to allocate a minimum of 80% of its total capital, which includes both net assets and any borrowed funds used for investments, into the stock of small-capitalization enterprises. A company qualifies as small-capitalization under this policy if its market value is less than $2.5 billion.
