This fund primarily invests in equity securities, mainly common stocks, of companies located outside the U.S. It focuses on businesses whose core operations are based in countries within the MSCI EAFE Index, which the Investment Manager considers undervalued based on factors like their earnings, cash flow, or asset valuations. Up to 15% of the fund's assets may be allocated to securities of companies whose principal activities are in emerging market nations. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's portfolio will be held in equity securities.
