- What KPIs does Johnson & Johnson report?
- The KPIs tab tracks 6 segment figures that Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) reports each quarter, including Innovative Medicine Revenue, MedTech Revenue, Asia Pacific, Africa Revenue, Europe Revenue, United States Revenue and Western Hemisphere ex-US Revenue, with history back to the quarter ended December 29, 2019.
- Where do JNJ's KPIs come from?
- From Johnson & Johnson's own reporting: its quarterly earnings releases and investor documents, its 10-Q and 10-K reports and the financial data tagged in them. Each value is read from the document it links to. Before a metric is shown, its history is cross-checked against an independent dataset or, for a figure that dataset never carried, against Johnson & Johnson's own later filings, which print each quarter again; each new quarter passes consistency checks (its scale against earlier quarters and its sign) before it is shown. A segment figure read from the earnings release before the 10-Q or 10-K is filed is marked Provisional until that filing is read, and a figure the filing tags for the quarter then replaces it; a figure computed from reported parts (a fourth quarter as the year less the first nine months, or a gross profit as revenue less cost) is marked as computed, and when Johnson & Johnson restates a figure on a new basis, the tab shows where the new basis begins.
- Is the JNJ KPIs tab free?
- The KPIs tab is part of Dividend Data Pro. Without Pro, the tab lists every metric it holds for JNJ, so you can see what is there before you upgrade.
