The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by committing at least 80% of its net assets (along with any borrowed capital for investment purposes) to equity securities issued by companies operating within or closely related to the real estate sector. Such companies may include those directly involved in the real estate industry or industries with strong real estate ties. These equity holdings can consist of common stocks, preferred stocks, and other equity-based instruments, including, but not limited to, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), foreign entities possessing similar REIT characteristics, and businesses that primarily operate in real estate.
