The fund's objective is to achieve comprehensive total returns through both ongoing income generation and capital appreciation. Ordinarily, it commits at least 80% of its net holdings, along with any borrowed funds, to investments in real estate and real estate-related companies, or to financial instruments and derivatives that offer similar economic exposure to the property market. Furthermore, under normal market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its net assets are invested in the securities of companies domiciled in at least three different international jurisdictions.
