Any Units not separated will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market (“NASDAQ”) under the symbol “HAVAU.” Any underlying Class A ordinary shares and rights that are separated will trade on the NASDAQ under the symbols “HAVA” and “HAVAR,” respectively.
