(“Full Metal”) to earn a 60% interest in the Company's 100% owned Olivine Mountain property in the Similkameen Mining Division, British Columbia (the “Property”) has terminated, and the Company has retained its 100% ownership interest in the Property. The Property is no longer subject to any earn-in right or other interest in favour of Full Metal.
