Gold Port Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / ACCESS Newswire / December 1, 2025 / Gold Port Corporation (CSE:GPO)(OTCQB:GPOTF) ("Gold Port" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases of October 27, 2025 and October 31, 2025, it has closed its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") raising gross proceeds of $1,500,000 through the issuance of 20,000,000 units (each a "Unit") at $0.075 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share (each a "Share") in the capital of the Company and one transferable common share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant") with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional Share (each a "Warrant Share") of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of three (3) years from the closing of the Private Placement (the "Expiry Date").
