(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GCBC), the holding company for the Bank of Greene County and its subsidiary Greene County Commercial Bank, today reported net income for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. Net income for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 was $11.3 million, or $0.67 per basic and diluted share, and $41.0 million, or $2.41 per basic and diluted share, respectively, as compared to $9.3 million, or $0.55 per basic and diluted share, and $31.1 million, or $1.83 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, respectively. Net income increased $9.9 million, or 31.7%, when comparing the fiscal years ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
