It typically allocates at least 80% of its assets to equity securities of companies dedicated to advancing and prioritizing women's leadership and development. These businesses are identified as those that, at the time of purchase, either include a woman on their senior management team, feature a board of directors with at least one-third female representation, or, in the Adviser's discretion, have implemented policies specifically designed to attract, retain, and promote women.
