This investment product seeks to mirror the daily performance of the VelocityShares Daily 4X Long USD vs. EUR Index. This index is engineered to deliver four-fold (4x) leveraged exposure, adjusted daily, to fluctuations in the immediate exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and a foreign currency. Specifically, it establishes a long position in one currency (designated as the "long currency") relative to the other currency (the "reference currency") within the underlying pair. The fund is non-diversified.
