- What KPIs does Salesforce, Inc. report?
- The KPIs tab tracks 1 operating metric and 8 segment figures that Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) reports each quarter, including Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO), Total Subscription and Support Revenue, Agentforce Apps Revenue, Data 360, Headless Platform, and Other Revenue, Professional Services & Other Revenue and Americas Revenue, with history back to the quarter ended October 31, 2019.
- Where do CRM's KPIs come from?
- From Salesforce, Inc.'s own reporting: its quarterly earnings releases and investor documents, its 10-Q and 10-K reports and the financial data tagged in them. Each value is read from the document it links to. Before a metric is shown, its history is cross-checked against an independent dataset or, for a figure that dataset never carried, against Salesforce, Inc.'s own later filings, which print each quarter again; each new quarter passes consistency checks (its scale against earlier quarters and its sign) before it is shown. A segment figure read from the earnings release before the 10-Q or 10-K is filed is marked Provisional until that filing is read, and a figure the filing tags for the quarter then replaces it; a figure computed from reported parts (a fourth quarter as the year less the first nine months, or a gross profit as revenue less cost) is marked as computed, and when Salesforce, Inc. restates a figure on a new basis, the tab shows where the new basis begins.
- Is the CRM KPIs tab free?
- The KPIs tab is part of Dividend Data Pro. Without Pro, the tab lists every metric it holds for CRM, so you can see what is there before you upgrade.
