CPNJ is a hybrid capital security, not common stock.
This listing is a capital note, preference share, or similar instrument associated with Calamos Nasdaq-100 Structured Alt Protection ETF – June. Data providers report company-level figures against it, so fundamentals, valuation multiples, and dividend history on this page describe the issuing company — not this instrument — and its market capitalization cannot be computed reliably, so it is not shown. The quoted price is the instrument's own.

CPNJ does not currently pay a dividend.

This Calamos ETF series is engineered to allow investors to participate in the positive price appreciation of the Nasdaq-100 index. While offering exposure to the index's upward movements, this participation is limited by a predefined return cap. Crucially, it simultaneously provides complete protection against all downside price movements over a one-year investment horizon, prior to the deduction of any fund fees and expenses.
