Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) has signed an agreement to acquire the Bullarto South Gold Project in the highly prospective Central Victorian Goldfields. Bullarto South is about 4 kilometres west of the Blackwood Goldfields near Ballarat which produced over 199,000 ounces of gold in the 1860s Victorian goldrush - worth about US$190 million today.

Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) expects to have the underground diamond drill spinning before Christmas at Tyrconnel Adit in the historically worked Eastern Gold Reefs at Blackwood Gold Project in central Victoria. The company is targeting an under-explored area adjacent to the Annie Laurie Reef, which was last mined in the 1800s during the Victorian Gold Rush, with a fan of five underground holes designed to delineate a potentially high-grade mineralised system.

Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) believes its Yanrey uranium project contains significant undiscovered uranium resources, following positive results from a new passive seismic survey. The results highlighted multiple new in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium targets at the Flagstaff prospect over areas of unusual basement complexity.

Cauldron Energy Ltd is in the process of implementing final underground infrastructure and ground support for its upcoming drilling campaign targeting high-grade gold mineralisation at its Blackwood Gold Project in Victoria. The company has established operations in the Eastern reef area of Blackwood, encompassing the Annie Laurie and Grace Edgerton reef systems, where Cauldron is pursuing a potential high-grade zone in the hanging wall of the reef.

Cauldron Energy Ltd has started underground exploration drilling at its Blackwood Gold Project in the Central Victorian gold province. The company has used the Tyrconnel underground access to position the drill platform in the centre of the areas of interest and the drilling will be undertaken from inside the mine workings targeting the up and down plunge extensions of mineralisation accessed by historical miners.

Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) has appointed Asha Rao, an experienced geologist with key gold and uranium experience, as fulltime exploration manager. Rao has broad experience in gold and uranium mineralisation across Canada, Australia and Africa and specific experience in relation to in-situ recovery (ISR) of uranium.

Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) (OTCSMKTS:CAULF) (FRA:UFX) has applied for two new exploration licences that extend its footprint at the Yanrey Uranium Project in the northwest of Western Australia. The application was made to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) in an area of un-pegged ground to the north of the Yanrey Project and if granted, extends the size of the exploration landholding to 1,860 square kilometres.

Cauldron Energy Ltd (ASX:CXU) (OTCSMKTS:CAULF) (FRA:UFX) has received consent from Melbourne Water, the final regulatory step required for the company to initiate its exploration operations at the Blackwood Gold Project in Victoria. Obtaining of the consent allows Cauldron to utilise the 1.5-kilometre Tyrconnel Adit to access the multiple reef and shaft systems as part of its planned underground exploration programs at the historic Blackwood mine.
