The ex-dividend date for holders of ordinary shares in Hong Kong will be September 25, 2026, and the ex-dividend date for holders of ADSs will be September 28, 2026. The aggregate amount of the Dividend to be paid will be approximately US$230 million, which will be funded by surplus cash on the Company's balance sheet.
