This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) is designed to achieve its investment goals primarily by allocating its capital to Bitcoin futures contracts that are settled in cash. These contracts are exclusively traded on exchanges overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) currently being the sole venue. To support these futures positions, the fund also maintains holdings in cash, highly liquid instruments, or top-tier securities, which serve as collateral. Notably, the fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
