The soil sampling results show anomalous copper, zinc, gold, and silver values that are coincident with EM anomalies along the 15-kilometre-long Boudreau Brook-Fossil Hill Trend, one of five high priority targets identified by analysis of regional airborne geophysical and geochemical data sets (see news release dated October 27, 2025) that is located 5.5 kilometres to the north-northwest of Canadian Copper Inc.'s Caribou Mill Complex (Figure 2).

(TSXV: MTT) ("Magna Terra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received an additional 1,084 analytical results from an expanded soil geochemical survey over the 100% owned Humber Copper-Cobalt Project (the "Humber Project" or the "Project") located in western Newfoundland (Figure 1) (see news release dated November 18, 2025). The 1,084 soil samples were collected to the south, southwest and northeast of the 2.2 km-long Birch Zone, a zone of outcropping copper mineralization that is coincident with a linear magnetic low signature from the recently completed airborne geophysical survey covering the property.
