This fund primarily invests at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed capital, in the equity securities of international companies. These "small companies" are defined as those non-U.S. based entities with total operating revenues of $500 million or less at the time of initial purchase. The Advisor typically ensures that cash constitutes no more than 5% of the portfolio.
