The AWTM Ultra-Short Duration Enhanced Income ETF operates as an actively managed fund. Its primary goal is to achieve its investment objective, generally by dedicating a minimum of 80% of its total assets to U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade debt instruments. These include both fixed-rate and floating-rate bonds, along with other debt securities, all chosen for their extremely short maturities. The fund maintains an aggregate effective duration of less than one year across its portfolio.
