AAUC, ABR and AUGO have been added to the Zacks Rank #5 (Strong Sell) List on July 21, 2026.

Aura Minerals receives a Buy rating, supported by a high-quality asset base, robust production growth, and strong execution. AUGO's diversified gold and copper portfolio, second-quartile AISC, and disciplined capital allocation underpin its competitive positioning and risk mitigation. Key catalysts include Era Dorada's development, Matupá FID, and copper portfolio expansion, with potential production growth from 500 koz to 800–1,000 koz.

The disposition involved 19,010 shares totaling about $1.2 million based on the July 2, 2026 execution price. The sale reduced the insider's direct equity position by 5%, as reported in the filing.

AUGO's shares have surged 20% year to date as strong revenues, rising gold output, Borborema ramp-up and growth projects fuel momentum.

Aura Minerals Inc. is upgraded to a Strong Buy despite a 35% price drop, as fundamentals and long-term prospects remain intact. Recent headwinds—geopolitical events, copper preference, and weak Q1 results—created operational and cost pressures, but are seen as temporary and largely controllable. AUGO stock valuation remains attractive: 5Y DCF suggests 45.6% upside, P/NAV analysis indicates 28.7% upside, and a 37% average upside supports the strong buy rating.
