- What KPIs does American Homes 4 Rent report?
- The KPIs tab tracks 10 operating metrics that American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) reports each quarter, including Gross Book Value, Number of Single-Family Properties, Average Blended Change in Rent, Average Gross Book Value per Property, Average Monthly Realized Rent per Property and Average Occupied Days Percentage, with history back to the quarter ended December 31, 2019.
- Where do AMH's KPIs come from?
- From American Homes 4 Rent's own reporting: its quarterly earnings releases and investor documents, its 10-Q and 10-K reports and the financial data tagged in them. Each value is read from the document it links to. Before a metric is shown, its history is cross-checked against an independent dataset or, for a figure that dataset never carried, against American Homes 4 Rent's own later filings, which print each quarter again; each new quarter passes consistency checks (its scale against earlier quarters and its sign) before it is shown. A segment figure read from the earnings release before the 10-Q or 10-K is filed is marked Provisional until that filing is read, and a figure the filing tags for the quarter then replaces it; a figure computed from reported parts (a fourth quarter as the year less the first nine months, or a gross profit as revenue less cost) is marked as computed, and when American Homes 4 Rent restates a figure on a new basis, the tab shows where the new basis begins.
- Is the AMH KPIs tab free?
- The KPIs tab is part of Dividend Data Pro. Without Pro, the tab lists every metric it holds for AMH, so you can see what is there before you upgrade.
