Normally, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings or other leverage for investment purposes) in securitized asset instruments. The fund may also invest in structured investments including credit linked notes (CLNs), adjustable rate mortgage loans (ARMs), and custodial receipts. The fund may invest a substantial amount of its assets in “sub-prime” mortgage-related securities. The fund is non-diversified.
