The fund will invest in developed market countries excluding Hong Kong, non-US stocks will have at least 40% exposure to these markets. On July 22, 2023, the ETF acquired all assets and liabilities of the Knowledge Leaders Developed World ETF (KLDW), which had about $130 million in assets.
