It predominantly invests in common stocks issued by substantial corporations, which are traded across major national securities exchanges, the NASDAQ market, and the over-the-counter market. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) will be allocated to large-capitalization companies. Should the fund decide to modify its investment policy to permit less than an 80% allocation to large companies, shareholders will receive notification a minimum of 60 days in advance of such a change.
