NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The European Equity Fund, Inc. (NYSE: EEA) (the “Fund”) announced today the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 30, 2026. Both of the two Class III Directors nominated by the Board of Directors, Mr. Bernhard Koepp and Dr. Wolfgang Leoni, were elected to serve a term of one year and until his respective successor is elected and qualifies.
